ACHIEVE is designed to contribute to PEPFAR and USAID’s HIV epidemic control goals in the Dominican Republic through the provision of a package of family-centered, community-based services. ACHIEVE’s services are delivered through a comprehensive case management approach which seeks both to complement the efforts of other stakeholders to identify, link, retain, and support Focus Clients (FC) on treatment as well as to ensure access of FC on treatment and their families to a range of other needed health and social services. This fact sheet provides an overview of the ACHIEVE project in the Dominican Republic, its services, and notable achievements.
