Pact implements USAID's flagship HIV/AIDS program in Ukraine to improve HIV/AIDS services among most-at-risk populations. HIV Epidemic Among Key Populations in Ukraine is a review of the findings from national assessments, bio-behavioral surveillance, and program reports by key populations in order to form a detailed analysis of the situation, identify gaps and review program interventions.
