Since 2019, USAID has used ACHIEVE as its flagship initiative for the delivery of high-quality programs for orphans and vulnerable children (OVC) and their families, with a focus on the needs of children and adolescents affected by HIV and AIDS. ACHIEVE recognizes the interconnectedness of issues affecting OVC, including health, education and economic stability.
