WORTH is Pact’s award-winning micro-banking program that empowers individuals to lift themselves and each other out of poverty. Unique in integrating literacy training, community banking, and microenterprise development it enables community members to not only increase their income and start businesses, but also to become entrepreneurs and leaders who bring about change in their communities.
